I am 52 years old and work a desk job. I'm a mom with 4 grown sons. I love the outdoors and try to stay active, though I have been slacking off on my exercise routine before The Cake Maker. I love that it motivated me, and it encouraged me to be accountable to complete the workouts. Now that I have routine down, I will continue with my glute exercises. THANK YOU CAKE MAKER!

I’m a 38 year old stay at home mom of a rambunctious 16 month old boy. So, time is precious to me — especially not having regular day care. The Cake Maker worked great for me because I could: 1. Do it at home 2. Choose the time of day to do it and, 3. It didn’t take too much time with minimal equipment. I normally workout three times a week, so this was easy to implement into my schedule. I’ve seen such good results that I have and will continued the guide.

I'm a mom of 2 — a 21 year old man and 10 year old girl. I guess you can say I took a long break. I work a full time job as a lunch lady at my daughter's school, which is non-stop. I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight. Besides doing WTF classes, working is a workout all on its own. My workout routine only consist of the WTF classes I try to attend daily.

Jolene has giving us the opportunity, and the choice to participate in different challenges. Example: Detox, The Habit, or even both of them at the same time.  When The Cake Maker challenge came out, I was all in.  The Cake Maker challenge was a great booty work out. I've always joked with Jolene about making my booty look like JLo’s booty. We all know that girl got ass. Not going to lie, things seemed easy in the beginning. But, week after week it got more intense. My ass was sore for days — I could feel the difference. I never thought I would be one of the winners of this challenge. Being the fact my booty looked nothing like JLo’s after but there was a difference. I was on my way.
