The Grind

This functional training program is designed to promote weight loss and build lean muscle for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Each day the muscle group focus is different providing a well rounded training regimen. HIIT training is implemented 2-3 times per week, as well as some lower intensity days as well. Average calories burned per session is between 400-800, depending on what our training focus is. Grind members complete check-in’s each month where we track our strength, endurance, and calculate our updated stats (weight, body fat % and full body measurements). The Grind is filled with positive, hardworking, and supportive members where you’re sure to feel like part of the family the second you walk in the facility!

The Detox Monthly Challenge

A 21-day challenge promoting weight/body fat loss. This challenge is designed to reset your metabolism, and retrain your mindset, to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. A guide is provided which details the structure needed to complete the challenge. Each week we are challenged more, and a private group chat is utilized daily to keep you on track!


Semi-Private Training

Consists of 1 hour sessions shared amongst up to three clients. Beginning stats and assessments are taken for each client and monthly follow-ups are performed. Training design will be customized to each member as well as a nutrition program which is provided. There will additional recommendations to be completed on your own time. Adherence to schedule is required and a minimum of 12 hr notice to cancel. The packages and their pricing are listed below!

Online Training

Online training is ideal for clients who frequent the gym, and are looking for more guidance and help to accelerate their training success. Package includes 30 day training program for gym OR home workouts that require equipment.
